The hotel had amicable staff without reservation. the location was excellent, really close to restaurants, the old town, Cathedral, and Wells centre. - Staying within 10 minutes’ walk from Wells Recreation Ground was a bonus for us.

I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a twin room with a lovely view of the garden, and the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town. Rewritten: I was happily surprised by a free upgrade to a twin room with a beautiful garden view, and the location was perfect - it was right in the town center.

Sincerely, it was a brilliant stay on a Saturday night. The location was quiet, a 10-15 minute walk from The Bishop's Palace and Gardens. Besides, we were just next door to restaurants and the old town including the Cathedral, the local area pubs, restaurants, history and the historic city centre.

The double room we stayed in was airy and had a lovely view of the garden. the bed in the room was large and comfortable. - the location was excellent, being very close to the town centre, various eateries, and the Market Place.

We were pleasantly surprised by this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the historic city centre. The service and housekeeping were impeccable, making sure that our room was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities, were a nice touch. We were also impressed by the attentive and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and parking made our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend this place to family and friends.
While we cannot think of any negative aspects of this hotel, we would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
